weight room, diet, cardio, basketball.

We are in the 5th week of our post season workouts. I had lost 14 lbs so far and it has been difficult. I’ve changed up my eating habits and have been doing cardio twice a day for the most part on top of basketball workouts and open gyms. It has paid off though and my coaches and teammates have noticed. My back is starting to consistently feel better and I’m getting my explosiveness back. I’ve been working hard in the weight room and on the court and I am REALLY looking forward to my senior year because I look to stay healthy and have a great year. Open gyms and individual workouts have been great and this team will be coming together. We are talented at every position and have a chance to be better then this last years team. This team is extremely excited and has been working hard to improve. This is our last week of post season workouts before we head home next week. I will be going to Canada next week to teach a basketball clinic to two small communities. I will be sure to check in after I get back from Canada!
